Osazee Moses Wilserhun
popularly known as Weirdz was announced as the First Irish Based
Nigerian/African Artiste To Top Dublin’s Artiste Chart by Dublin online radio
in Ireland.
Weirdz is a singer, songwriter
and a filmmaker currently living in Ireland. The Nigeria born Irish has been
plying his trade for many years now, leading to singles release both in Ireland
and the United Kingdom.
His first major break in Europe
is his single titled Payday featuring the wife of the current South African
cricket captain Morgan Deane.
He then follow up with another
single titled Vampire which was another major success, this led to massive
Radio and TV features and the single went on to feature as a sound track in an
Irish film titled City Of Hate.
His first studio album was
however not released due to contracts and deals not falling through.
He was later invited to join the
writing group in Templelane Studios, the same place he recorded his supposed
album. Jaws as they were called pen several songs for other Artists both in
Europe and America but he later took a break to face his college studies.
He has since return into the
studio to record his own materials as well as produce and direct short films
and music videos for clients and Artists.
Although the 25 year old new
sound is different from his former, he did explain music is universal and the
genre should not be a limitation.
Weirdz recently sign a
partnership deal with Ob9ja Management, a fast rising management company who’s
the brain behind the successful music career of CDQ, Ola Dips and also brain
behind The Nigerian Student Fashion And Design Week (NSFDW).
