Members of the Bring Back Our Girls
group, held a rally today to mark the second anniversary of the abduction of
more than 200 schoolgirls from Chibok in Borno State.
The protesters marched to the
presidential villa demanding the rescue of the girls.
But reports say anti-riot policemen stopped them from accessing the
presidential villa where they planned to hold a press conference.
The divisional police officer,
Asokoro Police Station, Grace Longe said the protesters were not allowed access
to the villa for security reasons.
The group then held its world media
conference at the entrance of the road leading to the presidential villa.
